Refund policy
PRODUCT RETURNS:
Nosta is proud to produce the highest-quality products for our customers. However, in a situation where a product must be returned, Nosta, at its sole discretion, may offer an exchange or refund. The following process must be followed as Nosta products returned without the following process below will be refused or returned without refund or exchange:
- Nosta cannot accept unauthorized returns. All returned products must be authorized in advance by contacting Nosta.
- The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return packaging.
- Returned products must be in a clean, unused, original condition, packed in the original packaging, and received at Nosta within 30 days of sale date. Customer is responsible for cost of shipping.
- Returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued.
- ECU software for performance, used, custom, or supercharger systems is non-refundable. No exceptions.
- All sales of parts and software are FINAL on orders for used, custom, or non-Nosta supercharger systems.
- Special order merchandise cannot be accepted for refund or exchange.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, as are transaction fees where non-refundable.
- Exchanges are subject to availability of suitable product.
- A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds, except in the case of error by Nosta as determined by Nosta.
- Financed or buy-now-pay-later items cannot be returned under any circumstances.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
- It is the customer’s sole responsibility to verify the condition and compatibility of received products upon final delivery.
- If a Nosta package appears damaged on arrival, the customer must document this condition before signing the shipper’s receipt.
- If damage is discovered after opening the package, notify the shipping carrier immediately. Nosta takes extra precautions to protect and pack products for safe arrival. Claims for damage must be directed to the shipping carrier, not to Nosta.
- All damaged parts, missing or wrong parts or lost parts must be reported to Nosta no more than 3 calendar days following the date of delivery.
PRODUCT GUARANTEE/WARRANTY:
Nosta products are built from the highest quality materials and parts, but, as they are made for track use, they cannot be covered by a warranty once installed.
- We do not directly support vehicles with non-Nosta supplied aftermarket camshafts since we cannot control the outcome of these variables without extensive testing and verification of that exact setup.
- The customer shall notify Nosta within 5 days of any defect discovery.
- Any merchandise determined to be defective must follow the product return policy stated above.
- Nosta, at our discretion, will replace or repair defective parts and we reserve the right to withhold replacement parts until defective parts have been examined and tested.
- Failure to follow Nosta installation requirements or troubleshooting guidelines will result in termination of continued support. Software will not be issued to a supercharger system if the hardware requirements for said system is not met on the installed engine.
